Forget the wheelchairs & don't make excuses for these "cripples" because they don't make any excuses for themselves. These guys not only lead healthy, normal lives but they probably get laid more than you do & will even kick your ass. They are also more compassionate than you. Proof that documentaries can not only be entertaining but downright thrilling to watch.

Works best when the focus is on the individual players, how they got injured, and how they've dealt with it. I wanted a lot more of that. The actual games are boring by comparison. I recommend seeing it but it's not great by any stretch.

This film makes you feel a bit guilty for hitting the pause button to run upstairs to get a snack. Being in a wheelchair doesn't keep you from getting a pro-athlete attitude. The balance between the personal stories and the rugby is just about right and, at 90 minutes, you're just about ready for it to be done... so you can go for a run and enjoy your legs.
